Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.4, 3.2 - Failure to act honestly when questioned about a situation. Communication using third party applications. - disputing 3.2

Why should this appeal be considered?: we agreed on the deal on an OOC basis on discord under this rule:

knowing this, watch this video and tell me what about this could've been metagamed just using critical thinking without any outside bias

there is quite literally zero capacity for anything done within my time on the server to be metagamed it's genuinely just confusing how these conclusions have been reached - PLEASE JUST WATCH THE VIDEO AND TELL ME WHERE THERE IS CAPACITY FOR METAGAMING

Any and all forms of communication about any topic which affects In-Character decisions must be conducted through In-Character methods;

nothing that affected any in-character decisions could've been communicated, just look at the video, every single base was covered in-character


he made an advert selling leaves, i called him, gave him a location, tried doing the deal and got mugged for it, and left shortly after - my demo file supports this

feels like i'm just being kept banned to prove a point tbh, i don't really put it down to tiny at this stage it's not really on him & i'm glad he could see it wasn't real world trading

Additional Information: please just read what i said and look at the evidence and give me some form of reasonable counter-argument if you're going to deny this because it's genuinely mind-boggling how this is held up

this situation has tilted me to the end of the world and back and raised my blood pressure by an unhealthy amount and i just wanna get some amount of closure and the only way i will accept closure is with the truth being held up instead of me being banned to prove a point

I now realise that buying money is not tolerated on the server and will never do this again , I would also like to apologies for not being truthful about the whole situation , I only lied as I didn't want to be a horrible person and get the other person involved banned as that would have been a selfish move ,

Remi states this in his dispute. This combined with other evidence that matches this means that we could reinstate the ban for selling money. Either way it’s staying as you have been dishonest either way. You only admitted to meta gaming/planning beforehand after you realised it would likely get you a lesser punishment. Meaning you still violated 1.4.

As explained to you, several times, the only way to explain your lack of interaction ingame was either meta gaming or you sold the money. Either way your ban will not be lifted as nothing has changed since your last dispute except the fact Remi admitted to purchasing money from you.
