Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - The player risked their life by entering a shootout they weren't involved in, killing another player that was shooting cops at the time.

Why should this appeal be considered?: My ban reason is FailRP I believe I got false banned because I killed a guy at regals but I had keys to regals 3 and I knew the guy that lived there his name was Romeo King. He was getting raided and I tried to counter raid/defend. I also felt threatened by seeing a person getting shot one meter away from me. Therefore I would like to get unbanned

Additional Information: I also needed to refund the gun

From reviewing the footage provided, you appear to loiter around the scene of an active shootout between the criminals and the police to seemingly steal guns from the scene. I fail to understand how you felt threatened by the man despite him not making any direct threats towards your life and the fact that you shouldn't have been remaining in the area and left at your earliest convenience. Reviewing the logs also displays that Romeo did not own the apartment and, as you saw, he was one of the TFU officers responding to the incident.
