Why were you punished?: i broke rule 3.2 i think

Why should this appeal be considered?: So basically im going to explain everything , i stole a car and i was driving in third person , i hit an ambulance and a police car i think 2min after stealing it and i was driving backwards ( IN THIRD PERSON!) then i drove backwarsd for like 5 seconds and when i realised i stopped and got cuffed and wtv then i got warned for it and we went to PD i got arrested then i go afk for like 5min , i come back and im banned...

As seen in the clip provided, you were under gunpoint by multiple officers and should've immediately complied with the commands given to you rather than disregarding them.

Although they did tell you at first you were going to receive a warning, given your record—they corrected themselves in the report and issued a ban—which was more appropriate considering you already received a ban for this rule break on the 7th of march.
