Reason: I noticed that the white transit (Robin Sens) was parked by the wall where there was no parking spaces. I read the Expire date like a officer would and asked for his ID. When he came out he had a shotgun on his back what was understandable due to he came out of his property. When I gave him his ID back I got shot to death by his friend "James Mathers". There was no reason to use a firearm against me for several reasons;
1. I was talking to robin not him.
2. I was not holding/using my firearm.
3. I was doing a regular check on the car. Not using force.
4. I was not issuing a ticket or arresting them.
