Why Should This Player Be Punished: First of all, EVILEVAN (medic) enters the bank, starts excessively breaking 4.7, he literally healed the SWAT about 10 times, revived officers and risked his life. While captain spaghetti encouraged the medic to heal him, and other officers. He shows no knowledge of 4.7.

I only thought that there was 1 suspect inside, by the time I realised that the threat was much greater, the medic and I were already pinned down by 3 heavily armed suspects who shot at us whenever we would move, I did encourage him to heal me, but only after I was shot and had taken cover, I admit that I encouraged him to break rules, but under the circumstances I feel it is more acceptable
