Reason: When breaking into my shop, he ran out of my line of sight while i had a gun pointed at him shouting "Get down on the ground". When he came back he was pulling a gun out and started shooting at me.

Also, if i could get my 2 big cocaine and weed plants refunded since if he had obeyed my orders when i had a gun on him. He would never had been able to take them.
