Reason:6.5 5.5 (Manner noticed 5.5) So one guy or two were hiding behind the npcs and others didnt get the arrest warrant. (You shoul'd ask demos to know who did what)

First of all, they weren't hiding behind the NPCs on purpose, yes they did go behind them, but obviously not on purpose, also where does it show no arrest warrants? Upload a video using drive mode to show who did what.
