Reason: Declan White stored his pistol in the trunk shortly after he shot outside of the Police Department. (technically his life would be at risk IRL). He also ignores the NPCs standing around the Police Department. The one standing inside behind the counter (would have heard the gunfire) and the other which stands by the "gate" (would have both seen and heard the gunfire/the display of the firearm).

They cannot justify killing me afterwards because they based their actions on verbal accusations of death threats. I also complied with their commands which is another reason of why they shouldn't have killed me.

I don't see any reason of why I would ever intent to kill them as they're 2 armed people against 1. Furthermore I didn't carry a firearm myself with the intent to use it which can be seen on the tick in the video. I basically joined the server a couple of minutes before the incident and therefore I already carried a firearm.

The guy shown (Declan White) blatantly broke the rules, and stored his weapon in his vehicle, either that, or he didn't drop it when searched, both of which are against the rules, however, them shooting you, I think, was considered okay due to the fact that you got into the car with them, and due to the fact that you had called the police on them, twice, gave them a reason to take you out, you should have continued loitering at PD, because, they are armed, considered insane, and OOC: they have broken a few heavily enforced rules, and seemed not to give a flying fuck, so best to either call an admin, which I believe you did, or just submit the ban request, you had plenty enough evidence without following them.

The user will be banned for breaking 3.4 by putting his life/freedom at risk by firing a weapon at a car in front of a police department for no obvious reason. He will also be banned for breaking 3.18 he placed the gun inside his car storage whilst a SWAT officer was right besides him.
