Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4, murdered an LEO for arresting a suspect for 3 years. Such a low sentence yet he has to kill me for it.

If he actually knew that his friend was going in for 3 years, then he really shouldn't have shot the LEO. I don't have the patience to look at a demo however this ban request seems valid from what I can read. He should have known which crime the suspect actually committed before he did anything.

User had clearly broken 3.4 and risking a 10 year jail sentence for himself while saving a "Friend" who is going into jail for 3 years. It's understandable if the imprisonment length is over 6-7 years but 3 years? It's not worth the risk.

As @NamesInsane stated, he attempted to arrest a suspect and his friend moved in the way of the officer to aid his friend. Giving him the right to now push him because he was officially aiding a criminal. (I personalty would of pushed him instead of used my baton) After that he started to chase the suspect again, asking his friend to kill the cop.

He broke 3.4: Killing the officer with a bat for a minimal sentence, risking his own life (would of been jailed for 8+ years)

1.1: Hemulenssis also stated in looc: "[LOOC] Hemulenssis: fuck you" Which is considered Disrespectful behaviour.
