Coming to think about it, we did forget about the NPC at the safety first store, but I don't think that's a problem because we robbed the bank anyway.

However, this won't be accepted because it has happened too many times and it's one of those things, you need more people to join you instead of two. Also, just in-case if anyone asks the police force was busy at Projex, that cop at suburbs 3 might've had NLR.
