Suggestion Title: Bank shutters are impenatrable to small callibers
Suggestion Description: The reason im asking this is because there was a situation today that I feel is getting used more an more by officers, where in this situation it just better to shoot through the shutters before we even fire a shot, This has been a thing more and more lately with diffrent cops, I feel like if the bank has gone into lockdown small caliber pistols / firearms should not be able to penetrate it, This could prevent losses of life for starters as if we are telling someone to go away and a cop starts opening fire, It could be classed as duty of care, It causes more teamwork, as anyone random officer can shoot through a wall, But if this was to be changed they would need to listen to higher officers in charge and TFO's as I know in bank robberies I lead I have a stratagy that i use to not win all the time but enough

Why should this be added?:
- Less wallbanging
- Helps people involved in bank raids, both sides in my opinion by giving bank robbers a little breathing room
- Might make bank a little more fun in my opinion as holding a tight corner is not the play sometimes

What negatives could this have?:
- A random TFO can do the same thing and just spay with an AR
- Ofc the obligory dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Cops wallbanging bank raiders

I heavily disagree with this as it counters holding back lobby with snipers all day and actually forcing people to relocate and not just hold a pixel till it turns a different color. I have found that wallbanging bank heavily counters this as having someone hold bank lobby with sniper (and in the clip you provided 2 people) its incredibly difficult to insert yourself into bank however being able to wallbang makes this a bit more easier however still hard. Also regarding pistol cops wallbanging without even confirming bank raiders are in lobby wouldn't this be IA?

I do see what ur saying, but this is why i said smaller caliber weapons, Not AR's but thinking back on this that would make it a sweatswamp for AR's bank robbers just shooting the the bank shutters

Suggestion Title: Make bank shutters actually bulletproof
Suggestion Description: Make the shutters that go into lobby actually bulletproof so TFU can not just sit and wall bang the lobby continuously over and over making it a game of who wall bang kills first

Why should this be added?:
- Stops the TFU from relying on ONLY wall banging to win bank raids
- make it possible to hold bank lobby when bank raiding

What negatives could this have?:
- Stops PD from only wallbanging the whole bankraid
