Map Suggestion Make this parking space a loading space

Suggestion Title: Make this parking space a loading space
Suggestion Description: Put a "Loading area max 5 minutes" sign similar to that at storage specifically for this space at the bazaar. Any non-emergency vehicle parked in this space for more than 5 minutes could be subject to towing by RC. Alternatively, just make it a PPS reserved space

Why should this be added?:
- Reserves spot for couriers closer to the entrance for high-volume order times to bazaar players 
- Gives another place for roadcrew to time parking for metermaid RP

What negatives could this have?:
-One less parking space for everyone else

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Would be a simple QOL thing for couriers, and prevent situations where they have to park illegally on the (admittedly rare) occasion that the parking lot is full

I'd be more in favor of adding a loading zone at the topside (current pavement infront of car dealer), and add casino+car dealer as a extra delivery point.

This would also make that road up top more travelled.

This would force the courier to take a route that is almost twice as long (If they used that space)

True.. but then again, their Job is literally to deliver, and the extra combinable stops at casino and car dealer would mitigate the loss a little.

They don’t have to stop up there if they only have bazaar packages, they can still choose to park in the underground parking. Most PPS drivers I see don’t bother to park af all, and just stop parallel to the bazaar entrance inside the underground parking.
