Be able to copy messages from the report chat

Description of the idea: There may be times that a chat message from the report menu needs to be copied and it is currently impossible to do so.

Why should this be added? (pros): This will allow users/staff to copy what was said and to forward a message if necessary such as a log, clarification on a rule, etc.

What negatives could this have? (cons): N/A

There is one issue that they might be represented as "non-editable" editable boxes for you to be able to copy and paste. Such as the phone number and name on the police computer. I'm a bit of a LUA pleb so I could be completely wrong xo
