Best Budget gaming laptop?

Hey guys,
I've been saving up for a new gaming laptop and I have a budget of $750. What do you guys think I should get? I've heard that alienware is absolutely trash and overpriced but I'm no expert so I need help. If there's a computer under $1000 that is very good then tell me because I can live saving some more money.

Dell is not a shit company, they just don't make computers made for gaming, they make computers for officework, servers amd creative work, so don't say they are shit, because they're not.

I own a gaming laptop the dedicated GPU is a gtx 765m is has done me good for 4 years its starting to get dated now and the thing with laptops most of them cant be upgraded as the GPUs are soldered to the motherboard. If you plan on gaming and keeping it in the same room obviously go for a desktop you get more power from them compared to laptops within the same price range. I recommend finding a website that builds custom laptops, i used https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/ . Laptops have overheating problems which leads to thermal throttling which basically means if wont run games as good as it should. To counter that i bought myself a cooling pad https://www.amazon.co.uk/E-PRANCE-L...&qid=1483581260&sr=8-3&keywords=laptop+cooler (This exact one) it has worked a treat for me. Also i recently reapplied some new thermal paste and thermal throttling no longer occurs.

Sure this laptop isn't gonna be a gaming beast but ask yourself do you really need a gaming laptop?
Decent ones are incredibly expensive, usually heavy, and don't last very long when Gaming on the go and why would you even be Gaming on the go, do you really think your gonna be playing Crysis 3 on the bus or something?
So I suggest this laptop it'll allow you to get your essential schoolwork done (what actually matters) easily, an extra 100 GB of Google Drive space, it's light and easy to carry and it also gets the basic browsing done.
I'd then put the rest of your money into getting a proper gaming PC and I made a build for you which fits into your price range.

This PC build at 750 dollars would absolutely demolish any "gaming" laptop you could find at this price so please take my advice and stay away from "gaming" laptops.

Honestly, I'd like to know why you'd want a gaming laptop to start with.

The issue is that many people buy a gaming laptop just because they want to bring it to school and whatnot, and use it for homework, taking notes, etc. while still being able to game with it while at home.
If that's your case, I would advice to invest in a school/work laptop (or no laptop at all) and a gaming PC. This might cost more depending on the performance you need, since you are buying 2 computers after all.
If your reason for getting a gaming laptop is simply because you want to game but also have something that's easy to transport, I'd also advice against that. Spend your money on a gaming PC and not only be able to get better parts, but also spend less money. Unless you go to a LAN every other day, there's no reason to worry about transporting it.

Gaming laptop and budget dont go very well together, if you want a good one you are going to need to spend a lot of money. I would recommend a PC over a laptop unless you plan to use it for school aswell
