More billboards mean that more players can advertise, and they are located in an area with high activity.
What negatives could this have?:
There is no one I can think of.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Some billboards go unnoticed and fail to attract attention. This location is arguably the best or at least one of the most popular spots, situated close to the heart of the city.
