Suggestion Title: Vehicle liveries
Suggestion Description: Allow players to upload pictures or files to add as a livery to certain cars for a price. I would only imagine this being fair if it was server sided as it adds more depth to the already intricate customization system. Now people can add images to their vehicles and custom skins to not only just their guns or weapons or image entities.
Improvement in roleplay will be extreme if this suggestion gets implemented as orgs at bazaar can use their cars as a billboard on 4 wheels, gangs can be more easily identified if they choose to rep their org by using their image as a livery and generally people will be able to make their car look more personalized to how they like it.
Why should this be added?:
- cosmetic beautification that adds more to the already existing customization of vehicles menu
- many people would enjoy this if not everybody
- improves roleplay and makes a way for orgs or businesses to advertise themselves or establish presence in a visible non-verbal way.
What negatives could this have?:
- can hurt the importance of billboards a little bit due to players being able to advertise with cars but if a player can only have one car as it is then that can only mean more proper roleplay being brought to City Hall which can dynamo into maybe the market stalls being used more
