Server Suggestion Bind for bandaging

Suggestion Title: Bind for bandaging
Suggestion Description: Adding the ability to assign a keybind, which upon being pressed, equips keys and bandages.

This should be configurable via the f1 menu.

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- Wouldn’t be too op.

What negatives could this have?:
- Might be complicated to do?

I’d add that if one is made for bandage why not one for stim packs and splints.

Stimpacks would be far too overpowered.
