Black and pink textures?

Due to recent occurances with my account and how it wouldn't probably login, I uninstalled my steam and reinstalled it and ever since I reinstalled Garry's mod and Counter Strike Source (css for textures), I have been seen pink and black textures over pretty much every day.
Not a clue why.

Not sure if it has anything to do with the commands @Creepis used or something.

P.S I have counter strike source mounted and I have already subscribed to the PERP content packs.

you joined some other server with a newer TDM which probably fucked things up remove all workshop addons and download+downloads folder from your garry's mod and check if mat_specular 1 fixes it (default value) if not then 0
