HOW TO FIX MINOR TEXTURE ISSUES IN PERP
If you are having texture issues, please follow the guide below. This will support guide will aim to help you fix the issues you have with your textures in PERP. I am not responsible if you do NOT follow this guide, if you type something else then it could mess up the whole process. This will fix issues such as: Regal Apartment Textures, City Hall Windows, Police Department Floor, Water, ETC.
Please make sure that you are not in Garry's Mod, when you start this.

- Start Garry's Mod
- Open the Command Console in Garry's Mod (~).
- Enter "mat_specular 0" in your console.
- Then, connect to the server.

Soon after you complete this, you should not have any issues with the map. This may not work if you DO NOT have Counter-Strike Source.
