Short explanation (in notes):
- Cars will now have the back window black outted same for the back doors will also be blacked out
- useful to escape if your helping a friend evade the police
- be a separate upgrade you pay for, when upgrading your car.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

It will be useful when trying to help a friend evade police. Useful to hide players in cuffs.
Not as easy for cops to get a look on a criminal if their evading. More realistic. I don't know about other players but i like the look of blacked out windows on cars. Of course they wouldn't be fully blacked out they would be like 85%-90% black.


Optional additions:
- On every car
- Doesn't cost a fortune about 30k-50k for a 3 door. 100k or so for a 5 door.

Could be a good idea but many cops may say 'suspicious activity on this vehicle' or sommit like that.
Plus you have the transit van anyway

Its called tinted windows btw, and perhaps you could change the colour of the tint? To match the car?
