Why should this appeal be considered?: Its really hard for me to play perpheads without ooc I have many questions to ask and when I report someone I cant get to tell them or anything I was then told to make a forum appeal so I can talk in ooc I also have been playing alot and my activity is pretty long and big which proves that I show dedication for this game
