Why were you punished?: I received a one-week Roadcrew blacklist for allegedly driving recklessly and repeatedly ramming other vehicles, under rules 3.15 and 4.1. However, from my perspective, I was driving in my lane while other drivers were cutting in front of me and colliding with my vehicle. I did not intentionally ram anyone.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I believe the situation may have been misinterpreted, and I would appreciate a fair review of the available evidence before the punishment is upheld. I understand the importance of driving safely and following server rules, but I believe the circumstances and actions of the other drivers should also be considered.
Additional Information: During the situation, I was also warned that repeating this behaviour could result in a much longer ban. I understand that staff need to explain the consequences of rule violations, but the way this was communicated felt unnecessarily aggressive. I am asking for the incident and the staff interaction to be reviewed objectively. I am not seeking special treatment, only a fair assessment of what happened.
