Why were you banned/blacklisted?: " The user complains consistently over OOC and after numerous warnings to stop, they continue to call problems. User has generally atrocious demeanor in OOC hence the length."
Why should this appeal be considered?: The reason given for the blacklist is, for the most part, a misleading lie.
I never intended to cause problems, and looking at the logs - that is obvious. All I did was voice my opinion, civilly, without any insults. Admins were offended that my opinion was different from theirs. Well, I'm sorry - but this isn't how you make me change my opinion.
Additional Information: It started with a user asking in HELP chat regarding retribution due to stolen property. Someone said you couldn't kill if a cop's neglect caused you to lose expensive property, but you could file an IA. I said that if the IA was ineffective, you could kill.
At that point we got into an argument regarding what is and isn't justified. It's all subjective, opinion-based and pointless. Until suddenly my messages start getting deleted. I never insulted anyone, flamed anyone. I only said that admins weren't letting it go when they told me to let it go. Obviously, at that point I would of moved on already had admins not kept deleting my messages.
I haven't said anything offensive, or derogatory. I didn't intend to cause any problems, just expressed my opinion, which we all have the right to do. In fact, it's important to be able to express exactly what you feel without feeling like your opinion might be misconstruded and you might get punished for just CIVILLY expressing discontent or a grievance.
