Why Should This Player Be Punished: I just joined in and saw a shitty Walther PPK on the floor, i heard someone smacking a cars windows or whatever it was and walked towards it, the guy didn't even say a word about me grabbing the gun and just snuck up behind me, shooting me in public view in front of 3 NPC's, and also 3 other guys who saw it all happen, after i was revived i went after him and shot him down nigga.
