Why Should This Player Be Punished: ESP, peeked an off angle perfectly without knowing I was in there and shot at me. I highly doubt it was luck.

I wouldn't say ESP also i wouldn't say luck it was just using radio informations and listening to officers/tfu on scene and listening closely to footsteps/gunshots, but your incident happened by your weapon peek i was about to just ignore the apartment but luckly the tfu told me to check the apartment anyway so i was just closely peeking and i see this -
