Bought VIP for wrong person in ooc

I was selling vip and he wanted to do it over ooc but someone else who didn pay put his steam ID and i got messed up and bought the wrong person vip is it possible to change them?
So i bought : STEAM_0:1:104846614 (Justjosh he already had vip so he still has to have it when u remove it i guess) VIP but I need to buy VIP for: STEAM_0:1:58564518
