Why Should This Player Be Punished: Broke 3.4 and 2.1, had him under gunpoint told him to get out of the car and put phone down multiple times and he drives off. ( I got rekt at the end )

I drove off because you looked away (which I even said down my mic at the time). And there was no 2.1 broken either because I did play realistically. In real life if someone was mugging me behind a bank when I have got my car I would have done exactly what I did which was drive through the gap where there is a wall to protect me from any fire and call the police but in this case you realised in time that I was escaping and shot me, luckily I rolled forward so decided running out of the alley and returning fire would be the best and most realistic option I would have, failing to do so would be putting my life at risk.
