Description of the idea:
Bring back “tornados” as an event.
After a conversation with @Sdac2 and @The HitMan where Sdac told us about tornadoes existing on V1, we mutually agreed that this is a thing we definitely need back on PERP.
Why should this be added? (pros):
- Hilarious
- Creates disasterRP, something perp needs
- A nice change from cop massacres.
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Performance issues?
