Server Suggestion Buff Advanced Planters

Suggestion Title: Buff Advanced Planters
Suggestion Description: First and foremost I am aware of a rework being done regarding meth & drugs however I am not sure if this will cover basic/advanced planters.

As there currently is no real benefit to using advanced planters and nobody really seems to be using them anymore my suggestion would be as following :
-> Buff Advanced Planters by 10-20% grow speed
-> Reduce the amount of water used by 35%
(Now I've heard you get less yield from advanced planters but unsure if that is correct, but if it is to make the yield similar as the basic planter)

This should balance it out more making advanced planters actually worth using again.

Why should this be added?:
- So advanced Planters will be used again with love

What negatives could this have?:
- More Power Growing Goblins

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Advanced planters being used again

If you harvest each plant individually in both basic & advanced planters, you'll see the basic planter gives you more leaves per-plant. But, an advanced planter can hold a maximum of 6 plants, whereas a basic planter holds a maximum of 5.

TL;DR You're likely to get more leaves out of the advanced planter.

We don’t need more inflation due to drugs.

The economy is cooked as it is and the server can feel dead even at 128 players with everyone in their bases power growing except for the constant raids; or the occasional bank robbery or sweater brawl.

I truly feel like we need more rewards being aimed at risky crime that is actively player on player rather than just making AFK power growing the most lucrative mechanic for money making.

Back in the early days of the current planter system you needed to water the basic planters with water bottles. I’d rather see this come back, instead of having a planter that just grows vs one that needs a water tank that drains quicker and has to be refilled in mugging zones.

If the property has a sink or an outdoor tap of some sort, why can’t i refill my water tanks? This alone will probably make them more used and the only thing you could do improvising before some bigger change if there’s even any proposed
