Suggestion Title: Buff the marked RTU bmw 340i
Suggestion Description: First of all I know this has been "accepted" but it doesn't seem to be any better

Why should this be added?:
- I feel like it should atleast be buffed to be able to reach 96-100mph.
In the RTU handbook its stated that it can go 96mph, but I just had a pursuit with it and couldn't go over 85mph. Isnt this quite slow considering this is a RTU car?

What negatives could this have?:
- None

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It would make the handbook correct.

Yea when it’s in the https://perpheads.com/forums/under-development.435/ section it means they’re going to do it but haven’t gotten around to it yet or has yet to be pushed to the live server

Make it have the check engine light always on and leak oil so its stops after a few runs
