Description of the Bug: Medic vehicles spawn in the air and fall to their doom

How to reproduce the Bug: This happened with 5 or 6 Medic slots so the job was pretty full. I guess it just didn't find any spots to spawn the vehicle in safely and for some reason there was one in the air. No other clue on how to reproduce this other than to take up all the slots I guess?
