Description of the Bug: Bank text bugged

How to reproduce the Bug: The Bank insider information unlocked at org level 40 is bugged, heres why.
It seems when I send the bank text to know how much money is in vault, he caps it at 1.8mil but there is more inside. I've had instances where he says there is less than 1.8mil but not once when he says there more than 1.8mil.
I will send pics of when I asked how much was in vault, he said there was 1.8mil and there turned out to be 6.4mil in vault.

Looks like the amount of money in vault is true, but the outcome depends on how many cops are online. I think the text should calculate how much you could steal for example we were told there was 210k but we stole 5760$ in the same bank raid.
