Description of the Bug: Cars sometimes phase through each other when ramming them
How to reproduce the Bug: This only occurs sometimes, seemingly when you hit a car multiple times. It often happens to me when attempting to perform TPAC or pit manoeuvres on vehicles on PD. Not sure if it's intentional or not to stop minges but it happens a lot to PD vehicles, making pursuits difficult.
