Description of the Bug: Confetti cannon still trigger Dispatcher response on NPC interaction
How to reproduce the Bug: This is a re-post from a previous bug report that should be fixed https://perpheads.com/threads/bug-r...dispatcher-response-on-npc-interaction.69356/
This still happens with confetti cannons, at least with the one at the forest gas station. Just simply have one on you/in your hands and talk with the NPC, it will trigger the response (thanks to @money for annoying everyone duty by spamming it)
