Description of the Bug: Dealer Not Responding For Weed Mission

How to reproduce the Bug: I just try to do the "Go Green" mission and the first objective is to text "location" to the dealer. I text him and he never responds. Even when i know where he is and i go buy seeds, it doesn't track and still tells me to text him.

I believe this happens when the dealer switches location while the mission is active. Until fixed, Abort the mission in the Missions App>Dark Web and restart it,
