Description of the Bug: Unable to get location from Drug Dealer while doing mission
How to reproduce the Bug: During the mission, if the drug dealer changes location before you text "location" once he has moved he will not give the location.
The only way I think it is caused, the current fix is to cancel the mission and retry in 24hr.
