How to reproduce the Bug: Nigeria

then i got this message, "You've tried to use racist or insulting language in chat, and therefore the message has been removed. Please refrain from using this kind of language.
If you continue, you will be automatically kicked and may be subject to a ban or blacklist.

Pretty sure saying Niger (the country) does the same thing
