Bug Report (Game Unplayable - Cannot open Q menu (inventory) after trying to open menu my cursor is visible but cannot move my characters head / also

Description of the Bug: Game Unplayable - Cannot open Q menu (inventory) after trying to open menu my cursor is visible but cannot move my characters head / also cannot access pd loadout menu

How to reproduce the Bug: pressing q and not have your inventory open!

Ive tried the following:
rejoining
restarting
deleting all addons
reinstalling Garry's mod
deleting all files in garrys mod location and reinstalling game.

Ive seen other people having this issue in the discord and a post below this where the user cannot access suburbs storage.

was using chromium + 64 bit running at 2560x1080 borderless window but also tried 32bit at 1920x1080
