Type of Bug: Map
Description of the Bug: I owned the billboard for Firestation on the night map and changing the image of the billboard would not work. the "Manage Billboard" option for staff listed the billboard as owned by the previous player
How to reproduce the Bug: Just buy the billboards across town i guess? i tried with multiple and still did the same even after i outbid myself
