Description of the Bug: Billboard invisible hitbox is all around the map (can be found on highway & bazaar mostly)

How to reproduce the Bug: No idea every time i drive it happens i get stuck somewhere where the billboard's invisible hitbox was pushed to

I thought I was the only one! Happened to me a few times, once under Regals overpass, and once in Parker Tunnel! If it happens to me again I'lll clip it and publish!
