Type of Bug: Lua
Description of the Bug: if car is tier 2'd and you fix it, the car doesn't register as upgraded until respawned and will go its base speed.
How to reproduce the Bug: Have a double upgraded car (we found it in a tesla) Tier 2 it, then fix it and drive, it wont go above 90 until its been respawned
