Description of the Bug: Mayor Budget Income Not Showing
How to reproduce the Bug: Become the mayor and look at the city income.
Time Stamp: Anytime you look at the city income as mayor.
Errors: The city income shows as $0 regardless of what policies are in place, resulting in a more difficult time judging appropriate policies and tax rates as mayor.
