Description of the Bug: No organisation experience received from selling drugs
How to reproduce the Bug: Check your org xp before selling fx 1000 cocaine and afterwards it will still be the same (providing no one else in the org does anything at the same time)

That Creating and selling illegal narcotics should give org xp but it does not seem to do so.
(creating does give xp, but not selling)
