Description of the Bug: Spike strips failing to pop tires

How to reproduce the Bug: Simply try and place spike strips, maybe in a not fully straight line as gonna be shown in my video. Yesterday we tried 2 different spike strips in parker tunnel 5-10 meters apart and they just drove right over both sets. Sadly no clip of that.

Time Stamp: Yesterday and Today at around 12:45 or so

I think it was yesterday when I was on and I heard someone on the radio say a car wasn't spiked even though strips were down. Unless they fucked up on their part, it might be an issue.

It's happend quite a few times for me now, and it doesn't matter how I put them, SOMETIMES it works but there are so many times they don't.
