Description of the Bug: Supervisors don't get the beanie

How to reproduce the Bug: As a supervisor, get on duty, you wont have the beanie as traffic or patrol. Light gear TFU does get it though

It could be possible that this was on purpose, due to the fact normal pistol cops would also have long sleeve now, making them practically indistinguishable from Sergeants+

maybe they could give sgts+ pom beanies so its still different from normal beanies

This isn't a bug, but rather a deliberate stylistic choice. The hats give a more formal, dress uniform-like look to supervisors.
