Description of the Bug: Taxi metering fare every 100 meters is broken
How to reproduce the Bug: Taxi drivers don't get paid for every 100 meters for the custom fare they set up via F3. The "Travel Cards" Policy was not in effect. Tested with @GoatNine using the Vauxhall and Mercedes.
So to summarize:
People entering pay the fare you have set up. In our case it was the maximum $100.
After driving for a while (or the mentioned 100 meters in the guide and F3 menu) the taxi driver does not get paid what so ever and only the entrance fee.
This makes Taxi driver even less of a lucrative business than it already is.
Also to add: Transactions aren't listed in the banking app and go straight in to your pocket.
