Description of the Bug: Unable to get location from Drug Dealer while doing mission
How to reproduce the Bug: During the starter mission given to new players, if the drug dealer changes location before you text "location" once he has moved he will not provide the location.
The current fix is to cancel the mission and retry in 24hr.
