Description of the Bug: Unable to spawn police vehicles - it says "Cannot find a place to spawn vehicle" even though the parking lot is not full, other officers having the same issue.

How to reproduce the Bug: Try and spawn a car?

Errors: No visible LUA errors

This also applies to city garage, as I had something identical while trying to spawn my car there, it randomly fixed itself as well though somehow
