Description of the Bug: I can't spawn my car. When I go to the garage and try to spawn it, it says its impounded, when I go to the impound lot and try to get it out, it says none of my cars are there.
How to reproduce the Bug: I am not sure, they impounded my car and then I just couldn't respawn it.
Time Stamp: 14.09.21 is the closest I can say
