Description of the Bug: using the Optic Modification Tool randomly equips another item

How to reproduce the Bug: I was confused why I always have crowbars/bobbys/mollys equipped. It's from the Optic Modification Tool

This seems to be a problem with interfaces in general, it happens when in the sales item pricing interface too. You can see in this case the position clicked overlays the crowbar in the Q menu

A fix for this should go live after we merge next. The inventory wheel would stay open if you continued to hold q and you could still interact with it and use items.
